Classical mindfulness is a non-sectarian, universal tool for human
welfare. The method is understandable and useful. It combines both calm
and insight. Meditation is well supported by mindfulness practice. The
Teacher is Chimé Shore (35 years teaching experience) along with Danny
Sharp. Dates are from 12-18 July, 2008 inclusive. Accommodation is available
at Origins Centre. Full enrolments are encouraged, although you can
attend in part. |
